Training that changes what people do
Training is one of the most common WHS controls, and one of the least effective when it’s done badly. Slide decks read aloud and generic online modules clicked through in ten minutes rarely change behaviour on site.
Our training is built around your work, your risks and your procedures. Sessions are interactive, use real examples from your industry and focus on what people need to do differently. For businesses with dispersed teams, we develop eLearning modules and online inductions that workers can complete anywhere.
Our training is non-accredited and tailored to your business. Where nationally accredited training or a licence is required, such as a high risk work licence or HSR training, we’ll point you to an approved provider.

- Tailored to your industry, procedures and risks
- Short and focused, to respect operational time
- Backed by records, so you can show who was trained in what
Our process
From brief to delivery
Brief
We confirm who needs training, what they need to be able to do and any operational constraints.
Design
We design content and activities around your work, procedures and risks.
Deliver
Face-to-face at your site, live online, or as self-paced eLearning.
Evaluate
We check understanding, gather feedback and provide attendance and completion records.
Is your training nationally accredited?
No. Our training is non-accredited and tailored to your business, which lets us focus on your actual risks and procedures. Where accredited training or a licence is legally required, we’ll help you find the right registered training organisation.
Can you deliver training at our site?
Yes. Most face-to-face training is delivered at the client’s workplace, which makes it easy to use real examples. We can also run live online sessions.
Can you turn our induction into eLearning?
Yes. We’ll review your current induction, update the content where needed and turn it into an engaging online module with knowledge checks and completion records.
How long are the sessions?
Anything from a short toolbox talk to a full-day workshop. We’ll recommend a format based on the topic and your operational needs.
