WHS expert witness reports

Independent, evidence-based WHS expert opinion for solicitors and insurers in public liability, workers’ compensation and work injury damages matters.

Independent opinion you can rely on

Karim Ali has prepared more than 150 independent expert witness reports on workplace and public safety matters, for both plaintiff and defendant solicitors. His reports address liability questions such as which risks were foreseeable, which precautions were reasonably practicable and whether the relevant WHS duties, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards were met.

Reports are prepared in line with the Expert Witness Code of Conduct in Schedule 7 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW). Karim’s overriding duty is to the court, not to the party that instructs him.

Our dedicated expert witness practice has its own website, with full details of services, areas of expertise and how to instruct.
